Horrible customer service and service after the sale. Some great boats represented by incompetence and pettiness. Avoid at all costs. Never again. There are far better ownership experiences out there.
Jon Cross and Eileen Ingram were fantastic to deal with. I purchased a new Jupiter 30 from this dealership. Jon was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Eileen was on top of all of the paperwork and it was a very easy transaction. I greatly appreciate the ease of transaction and great communication throughout the process.
