The 2 products i bought are garbage, i bought the in pool steps and the entry ladder to connect to it. The inside steps floated after i followed the manual instructions, had to add about 75 lbs of sand. The outside steps are rated for up to 300 lbs, im not 300 lbs but the steps bend almost to the point of breaking. The products are trash, and im not in the mood to deal with the company, ill take the nearly 400 dollar loss, but i will tell everyone i know not to buy from this company
