I purchased stairs and followed the assembly instructions to the letter. Unfortunately one of the side panels had a defect. I contacted Customer Service and Sales regarding the defect and was requested to provide proof of purchase, which I consider very reasonable. After this was provided( I bought online and had to use banking information) Customer Service responded very quickly and replaced the side panel. We bought steps from In the Swim which came from Ocean Blue A Foot Pad was missing. Since it was more than 30 days we were told to contact Ocean Blue. I contacted Ocean Blue and was told they needed a receipt since the box was open when we received it from FED EX I only had a Credit Card Statement for " In The Swim and a Survey from In the Swim which showed the steps and the date their were bought. We did send it in which showed that we bought them and also told them if not could they send a Foot Pad and we would pay for it.... read more
