It’s been 3 months with contract terminated by seller and they still have not given me back my deposit. Totally unprofessional. Beware
Disappointing experience I did not choose this title company — the seller selected them, so I was required to use their services. At closing, Patrice initially attempted to charge closing costs to my side despite a signed contract clearly stating that the seller was responsible.
