The food was horrible tastes like plastic… Jarvis the manager didn’t want to help with any kind of compensation, so rude. I will tell everybody to avoid this place

Serious server training needed. He didn’t have a clue on timing, check backs, clearing or basic server mechanics. 4 dinners didn’t come out together, two were not hot. Grouper was very good when it finally arrived. He needed to be shadowing an experienced server to understand the procedure. Any F&B mgr. on duty? We will not be back.

This place was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and book literally anywhere else. For what they charge to stay here, you’d think breakfast would be included. Instead, they charge around $50 for two people, which is ridiculous considering what you get. We waited over 10 minutes before our server greeted us and took our drink order. After ordering, it took another 20–30 minutes for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. When our food was finally brought out, I immediately asked for condiments. Unfortunately, I had to ask three different employees before receiving them, and by then my food had gotten noticeably colder. The burger was decent, and the fries were just okay.
