Good work! Yes sometimes lab cases don't go right, just like with every other lab but they always offer a fair and speedy solution.
Despite telling me they'd lost a case/impressions and not showing any level of concern for losing it, it randomly showed up in the patient's lab case with a functional crown. As such, because their work has been good just not the best customer care, I'm changing my review to not reflect poorly on them and will likely just be sending digital models moving forward to forego the losing of impressions issue that's been cropping up recently.
Very Disappointed. I have never had an issue with this lab until now. I had a case due on Jan. 10th. The day before my patient's appointment I called and asked where the case was, they responded with it's been delayed til the 17th. brushed it off and went about my week. this morning I called back in when I noticed the case still wasn't here. once again they said case is now delayed til the 21st!!! I asked why I didn't receive a call or e-mail, they said I'm sorry we don't notify you when it's delayed. excuse me?? every other... read more
