Stayed in unit 403 and had an issue with washing machine leaking water. It was reported immediately as floors and carpet were getting very wet. After 3 maintenance visits and 4 days we had to suggest that maybe they drain the washing machine. By that time unit had musty smell and very wet floors/carpet. Any attempt to express dissatisfaction via text were not responded to so we ended up leaving early. Definitely did not have the enjoyable family vacation we had hoped for.
Great location, directly on ocean and close to many attractions. Property nicely kept.
