Jason and his whole team were wonderful to work with. Everyone was great out on site and the office team were more than happy to answer any and all questions. They helped created our absolute dream concrete pool!
Ocean Blu completed a pool build for us that not many others would be able to complete with very restricted access, limestone boulders requiring hand jack hammering, and all material removed by hand, as well as a partly above ground concrete pool shell acting as retaining. All considering not many complaints through the build and built what was promised. They were very accommodating with minor changes and flexible timing waiting for us to complete other works before they could continue various steps of the build.
Thanks to Jason, Steph, Leontia and the associated teams at Ocean Blu Pools for your efforts. Our space and site was challenging but Ocean Blu managed to create the dream for us and we now feel like we live in a mini resort!
Not the best experience getting this plunge pool done. No supervisor onsite to over see process, Jason only showed up twice through the build and poor communication through this. Small issues through the long build and crooked tiling which is still unresolved. They’re fortunate to have Steph.
