Called them out to inspect a pump they installed for me. They made two trips to trouble shoot and said I needed a new motor for about $900. Charged the $125 trip fee. Called someone else out since I wasn’t confident and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Just a loose wire and included it in the $125 trip fee.
Very dissatisfied with Ocean Blu due to a very poor pool re-plaster job that has resulted in numerous cracks and flaws after just a couple of years. Their response was it is normal. Let the pictures by the judge.
