Outrageously underwhelming. I understand premiums paid at resorts, but this place is absurdly overpriced considering the quality. $21 for 2 fish tacos that were 95% cabbage/lettuce. Aside from grabbing the tab, the server came by once. The view is great! Everything else is a hard-pass.
Nice atmosphere but the food is overpriced and very basic…it’s like they’re not even trying.
This was a horrible service experience. They brought me cold fries and Pepsi that tasted like it was mixed 50/50 with water. I told them I didn’t want that Pepsi and asked them to take it back. They said they would find me a can of Pepsi, but I waited 10 minutes and nobody came back. I had to eat my dry sandwich 🥪 without a drink. At the end, they still charged me for the Pepsi that I returned. My bill with food, drinks, and tip should have been around $85, but they charged my card $99.81.
