Just don't. Save yourself some frustration. It took about 10 days from my first call to even get a telehealth appointment scheduled, and then I finally had one scheduled they didn't bother to call, answer the phone, nor return a message the day of the appointment. How am I supposed to trust them for counseling if they can't even make or keep an appointment?
