Great food
We stay here every time we come over from Victoria. Staying at this venue due to location, and we love the OBH for drinks/food/socialising. The hotel is a bit tired, and the room fittings and fixtures are in need of repair (most taps leak, and/or don’t close properly; blinds are broken, and/or the blind cord holders not connected anymore), tired carpet and chunks of plaster put of the wall/s… If you are staying and plan of using the kitchenette you’ll need your own cutlery (except teaspoon). Had lunch at C'blu the restaurant just up from the Bar, so much quieter, food and service were fine, wine by the bottle reasonably priced. Mushroom Arancini, very nice as was the crispy Salt and pepper squid. Go for a window side table and enjoy the view. Note this is an older hotel so slightly rough round the edges, but enjoyable enough.
