One of the worst meals I've had in recent memory poor quality steak with a mushroom sauce that tasted like the oil from the plate tasted horrible cockroaches running across the floor I'd hate to think about what was in the kitchen I wont be back dont bother
The lady in the front (receptionist). Lily or something like that, lack basic skills of customers service. She made me feel unwelcome and tried to charge me a 100 bucks the moment I said I have reservation she said you have to pay $100 bond, she didn’t welcome me or give me any information about the place or facilities. I’m a traveler and I’ve been staying at 4-5 start hotels worldwide and never been treated like this. Poor customer service, lily is discriminated.
