not very helpful or polite tellers here. I needed to cash my paycheck and I was told, "if you don't have an account here we can't cash this. we're not a check cashing store. " not what I expected from a "bank".
They couldn’t assist because the teller said there’s only one person that knows how to help me with my situation and they were not in today.
