I definitely can’t agree with all the negative reviews, but Mr. Rick and his staff are AWESOME!! Mr. Rick has done nothing but provided me the BEST customer service and fixed my SUV for me for a decent price and now it is running like a charm!! Mr. Rick is very sweet and he has even fixed issues for me that I wasn’t aware of! We really appreciate you Mr. Rick and your team for all you’ve done and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!!!
Very poor customer service, shop owner is rude
Terrible. Don’t do it. Long hair Rick’s is a total fail. So rude.
We have been using Rick for several years now. He has always given us rates below what the competition has quoted us and done excellent work. I will be using him again in the future.
I’ll give them props for returning my phone call. However, instead of telling me weather or not they could weld my mid pipe, I was heavily criticized for the type of car I drove. I just wanted my car fixed. The extra comments weren’t necessary. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
