My Ford Edges belt tensioner messed up and I had my car towed there. I am truly amazed how fast they gave me a call told me how much it. Very friendly, great customer service and my car was fixed the same day. I would highly recommend!

While on vacation, we needed to get a new alternator for our Honda Pilot. We spoke to Anthony and he was very polite and professional. We had our car towed there and they took great care of us.

Tom and the team were able to get my sons tire patched with now worries. He showed us what was in the tire and explained the repair. The lady at the front counter (I didn’t catch her name) and the repairman Tom were super nice. I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I feel ripped off. I've used them for several years and always came away feeling i was treated fairly and the work was good. But....this time I was charged $675 for diagnostics and no repair. I was told it could get into the $1000's to find the issue. I lget they should be compensated for diagnostics but that's unreasonable. Looks like I'll be looking for another mechanic and I'm sorry about that. I have great respect for ocean auto. I am forever grateful to the crew over at Ocean Auto. I was on the road with this 1978 VW Bus and the steering coupler broke. They were able to squeeze me in to what seemed like a busy day and get super creative about how to fix the problem without the original piece. The work was fast, thorough, and successful! I sincerely can’t recommend them enough! As a bonus, they’re just all around nice people and fair/honest with pricing.
