Ocean Auto was great, they fit us in for an oil change and inspection for 2 different cars while my kids were home for the Thanksgiving break. The customer service was great and they were accurate with their promised times. Thank you, we will be back.
I am forever grateful to the crew over at Ocean Auto. I was on the road with this 1978 VW Bus and the steering coupler broke. They were able to squeeze me in to what seemed like a busy day and get super creative about how to fix the problem without the original piece. The work was fast, thorough, and successful! I sincerely can’t recommend them enough! As a bonus, they’re just all around nice people and fair/honest with pricing.
The best shop on the beach. Tom is very honest and up front about anything he finds. You always feel like you are getting the most honest advice and if something does need repair you know it’s done correctly and for a great price. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Not a good experience, and this from a returning customer. I scheduled diagnostic work a week in advance to reduce downtime. Turns out on the day-of I'm informed they can't actually do the diagnostic work because they don't have OBD II testing gear. They knew the age of the vehicle in advance and that it needed diagnostic work, yet they went ahead and made the appointment anyway. This was very unprofessional and a complete waste of everyone's time. You can do better...
