Jamie and Lauren were amazing. Jamie was very good at communicating with me and thoroughly documented everything for me as I was out of town when my vehicle was towed to his shop. They were both incredible at keeping me in the loop as new developments came up with my vehicle. Guy who works here is completely unprofessional and extremely rude. Talks to customers like the are slow and stupid. Response to the owner When I came into your shop, I immediately asked the gentleman at the front desk if he was busy, and if he wasn’t, could he help me with a jump he then proceeded to say he was too busy and that he didn’t have time which I completely understand. I had such a great experience with Ocean Auto Imports! He was so helpful from start to finish. The turnaround time was unbelievably quick. I dropped my car off at 8am and by 10am he had already messaged me with the problem, and it was fixed the very same day. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Brought in my 17 year old vehicle with 240k miles because it was rattling. Sure, there were 300 other things to fix on it and he gave me a price for those things, but was clear about what I really needed to keep her running. I felt it a very honest experience and the price was fair. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing car work done.
