We’ve been trusting Jamie with our vehicles ever since we met him something like 13 years ago! I often compare trusting a shop like this to trying to understand a foreign language. Since you don’t know the language or how to fix the car yourself, you find yourself at the mercy of the owner to be HONEST. They know what they’re doing & are very transparent. Their system of how they work is well above most other systems & they are very friendly.
I feel so lucky to have found out about Ocean Auto Imports. Jamie has fit me in with same day repairs multiple times now which has been a massive relief. He is honest and doesn't make you feel pressured about any additional services -- I thought I would sell my car once the warranty expired but since finding Jamie I feel much more comfortable holding onto it!
Are there any honest, knowlegable and wonderful car repair mechanics? O yes! I went to Ocean Auto Imports and wished I could recommend them to all car owners that need something fixed.
