My experience with Ocean Auto Group, was terrible. My mother (Tawanya) went to buy me a car, which came with problems. The man that sold us the car told my mother, the car came with working ac and the car was barely used. Which was a LIE!, my 2016 chevy sonic, came with no working ac, my car jerks when i pressed on the car, in the hood of my car makes a loud sound like something is hitting on something, and my defrosters do not work at all. SCAMMERS, STAY FAR AWAY! Ocean Auto Group is nothing but a nightmare. A close family friend purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them, thinking she was getting a reliable vehicle. Not even a month later, the Jeep completely died on her. It’s been sitting at their so-called “shop” for over 3 weeks now, and they STILL have no idea what’s wrong with it. Sold Me A Car With A Messed Up Turbo & Did Not mention During purchase Cleared The Check engine Light Its Not May I Still Have yet to get the car fixed everytime i take it to “ His Professional Mechanic “ It comes back with no check engine for a week then pops up When I call him about iy he brushes me off with excuses CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE PURCHASE TAKE IT TO A LOCAL MECHANIC FOR SCANNING
