My experience with Ocean Auto Group, was terrible. My mother (Tawanya) went to buy me a car, which came with problems. The man that sold us the car told my mother, the car came with working ac and the car was barely used. Which was a LIE!, my 2016 chevy sonic, came with no working ac, my car jerks when i pressed on the car, in the hood of my car makes a loud sound like something is hitting on something, and my defrosters do not work at all. It initially seemed like Raj and Ocean Auto gave our business a great deal and quick turn around. Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. The air conditioning condenser broke 3 times until they replaced it with a new one. I'm giving them plus one Stars because Raj fixed the issue without adding more cost. Then the air conditioning system broke again, due to "a failed o ring", but when we asked if the AC system had been fully checked after this repair they said that's not feasible. I have been in need of a vehicle for some time now. Down payment and rate we’re an issue. Drive out looking this morning and got a good vibe from this place so I stopped. Lucky me. Awesome customer service! Walked out with a car in under 1 hour! Highly recommend
