It initially seemed like Raj and Ocean Auto gave our business a great deal and quick turn around. Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. The air conditioning condenser broke 3 times until they replaced it with a new one. I'm giving them plus one Stars because Raj fixed the issue without adding more cost. My experience with Ocean Auto Group, was terrible. My mother (Tawanya) went to buy me a car, which came with problems. The man that sold us the car told my mother, the car came with working ac and the car was barely used. Which was a LIE!, my 2016 chevy sonic, came with no working ac, my car jerks when i pressed on the car, in the hood of my car makes a loud sound like something is hitting on something, and my defrosters do not work at all. SCAMMERS, STAY FAR AWAY! Ocean Auto Group is nothing but a nightmare. A close family friend purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them, thinking she was getting a reliable vehicle. Not even a month later, the Jeep completely died on her. It’s been sitting at their so-called “shop” for over 3 weeks now, and they STILL have no idea what’s wrong with it. RAJ is the biggest scammer of all times!!! I bought this infinity and literally after like 3 weeks it started giving me multiple problems. The worst part is he took the car back and resold it!! How can this man be allowed to offer carfax with salvage cars. This place needs to be investigated something is off here. Cant believe i lost my money to this scammer.
Jony was the best! So was the gentleman working with her they were courteous quick to help and very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
