Recently did the vo2, body composition and metabolic testing with Ben at Ocean Athletix. I highly recommend these tests here to get a great “snapshot report” of your overall fitness and shape. It really gives you a good baseline to work from. Ben knows his stuff and has good attention to detail. Overall a great experience!
Ocean Athletix will take your training to the next level. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, and encourage you to do your best. The facilities are terrific with a huge range of equipment. There is a strong sense of community and great camaraderie. Highly recommended!
Ben has been my trainer for quite a few years. Its great to see him at his own venue. His expertise and experience is excellent. Its a great workout every single time, it's even better when you feel the difference. Well done Ben, thanks for your support and persistence to push me to my limits.
