Wow! What a great company to do business with. The knowledge and professionalism is off the charts. Their agents communicated with Samsung and made sure we received our warranty. The parts arrived within 2 days, and our fridge was working on day 3. The technician Josef was superb. Great job guys! We truly recommend Ocean Appliance Service, Inc.
Scam!!! Beware they make you pay upfront $115 trip/diagnostic fee. The guy got here because my microwave was not heating and he ask for a wet napkins put in the microwave and said oh yeah it's nit heating. So we need to replace all the part inside the microwave wothout taking it apart. One of the parts cost $300 I found it on Amazon for $45. I kicked him out!! His name is Fausto. When O called the company to get a refund they refused and said that that was the correct procedure. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
