I had 4 repair service companies sent out to repair an ice draw on my Ge refrigerator and until Ocean appliance came out it was a no brainer that others were unable to recognize. Damion was amazing. The office staff is curious without attitude and was very knowledgeable which seems to be a rarity these days . I will not call anyone else for any further repairs on my appliances.
Don't fall into the trap like I did! I paid $150 + parking (even though their website says $115) for a tech to come to my office to tell me they couldn't fix my ice machine because the water hose that goes to the wall needs replaced but they only repair internal parts. OMG!!!!
