Worst service I've ever had with any business. Over 1 month of trying to contact them to come start/finish repairs on my AC. I was never contacted for service after they were given the OK to do repairs. Finally was able to schedule an appointment to perform repairs then they never showed up. In Corpus christi TX
Fernando came out within 30 minutes of calling. Was very knowledgable and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it. Came back out for the necessary repairs and maintenance and now everything is working great! highly recommend.
Ocean Air Solutions was very fast to respond to my HVAC service call. It was an emergency. They were at my home within the 1/2 hour. The technician was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything, how our particular system works, how to maintenance it and important signs to look out for. We really appreciated the education.
