I hate to give a bad review but we paid a lot of money 6 weeks ago and the same problem occurred - they wanted to charge $499 for emergency rate. Very disappointed with the service and clearly wants to extract as much as possible from customers.
Technician Kurt W. Was absolutely the best at his job. I was very pleased with all facets of the work. I thank Ocean Air for having such good employees. Thank you Kurt for full satisfaction.
James Mckeon was terrific. He was professional, extremely competent, and got the work done very efficiently. I would strongly recommend ocean air, plumbing and cooling to anyone who are looking for first class, prompt quality work with fair pricing.
