I was positively impressed with Ocean-Air Freight’s service when I relocated from Canada to Mauritius. Their door-to-door service is top notch, yet, very affordable compared to other companies. ALL household items arrived in mint condition (they had even palletized all the loose boxes to ensure it wouldn’t be damaged during shipping). Communication with the team was amazing all throughout the process. I recommend them 1,000%!
I never write reviews but reading reviews helped me pick this company to ship our household goods from Vancouver to France. All in all, they were very good. I had a lot of emails back and forth with them throughout the entire process. We had to change destinations a few times but in the end, everything went well and our goods made it safely across the ocean and within the timeframe we wanted. It's definitely a stressful process but I'm grateful they helped us along the way.

I had the most terrible experience of my life with this company. I chose a air shipping cause I was in a hurry to have my goods delivered from Canada to Italy before my summer vacation, and it was supposed to take from 5 to 7 days. It had been TWO MONTHS and I still didn't receive my goods. They decided to move them through several airports in Europe instead of scheduling a direct flight to save money, which causes the initial delay.
