Good first impression, but it didn't last. Didn't show up for scheduled appointment, doesn't answer phone or return calls. Very disappointed.
Cindy Hupp, You failed to mention that you had a Contract signed by Servpro. Mitigation had already started and your experience with that company was bad. You called Ocd restoration to come and inspect the loss that was already in contract by another company, We Arrived for initial inspection. We are sorry that you feel that way about our company but again we explain that that is a conflict of interest.
My kitchen is beautiful! And they finished it ahead of schedule. Bobby and Shawn are great to work with. They seem to be very knowledgeable in what they do!
