Went here for my OSHA physical for the fire department. All went well. Staff and doctors were very friendly.
Occustar failed in handling my drug urine test for DOT three times. They would not share any information to me. They offered a $120 tox screen which I had to pay for. I declined and went to Quest which was covered under my insurance and had one day negative results.
