One star is a stretch for this place. Every time we see Brandon he gives us problems regarding a medical card. This office is slow. We are waiting days to receive a medical card because he didn't feel like looking at the paperwork that was sent over last week. What a great way to mess with peoples jobs.
For something as routine as occupational screening, the staff was extremely friendly. They remembered who I was when I visited several days later and treated me cordially. Brandon, a nurse practitioner I believe, is one of the kindest people I've met in recent memory.
