STAY AWAY!! This “doctor” is an absolute joke. Doctor does not respect privacy or any of his patients, entered the room without knocking while I was putting my shirt on. No knock, no announcement, no warning. Came in for a dive physical for school, dude called my school before the physical exam was even over and told them I was positive for marijuana when I WAS NOT. Had to argue with this doctor telling him that’s not possible for me to be positive for weed when I haven’t even smoked since I was 16 (I’m 22 btw). The doctor r... read more
Poor customer service. I was instructed to obtain a physical for pre employment and they took me back to do only half the medical screening to only tell me that they will call me when there is a room ready. Needless to say they never called me and I showed back up and asked how come I haven’t received a phone call. I was finally put into a room and waited over an hour f again. Entire process has taken 5 hours.
The staff is nice and polite but the doctor has no sense of urgency. Have you waiting in the room for over 30 mins. A Dot physical and drug screen shouldn’t take 3 hours to do. Never coming back here or refer anyone. Trash service!
I’m sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision. I was referred to this clinic for a workers’ compensation evaluation after being injured at work. I arrived as directed and cooperated with the exam. When asked to perform certain physical movements, I explained that I could not complete them due to pain from my injury.
