The nurses are rude they have a problem with patients calling to get help. They never answer and when they do it’s to complain that you called I have never seen such an unprofessional staff like Dr Bhatt’s nurses
Office was very unhelpful for my fathers medications, was looking for a sooner appointment and they didn't have appointments until later in the month. The back office personnel TINA was very rude and spoke down to me, pretty much stating there was nothing the office can do. They need to train Tina on her costumer service and problem solving skills.

Came here for the first time will be the LAST TIME. Not good its very unprofessional and the place is dirty and they overbook everyone and the nurses are rude and the doctor seems not to really care about you
