If you can do yourself a favor and AVOID this place. After they take your payment they will treat you like trash. And the girl at the front desk really needs to work on her manners.
Very good experience! We came on a Monday after receiving a request for the I-693 exam, and had our paperwork in hand by Thursday. Case approved a few weeks later :) Very smooth process, reasonable price and Dr Fernandez speaks Spanish, which was very helpful for us. Special thank you to Faith at the front desk for helping us with all of our questions!

I came here for I-693. I’m impressed by the service and understanding of all staffs and the doctor. The cost is also reasonable.
Please avoid Occupational Health Partners if you can. I went there for an immigration medical exam. They made a typo on my birthday and my address on I-693. Then the office couldn’t figure out how to use the printer and I was stuck there for 2 hours just waiting for them to figure out how to print. When I went to pick up my forms a week later, I noticed they made another typo on my vaccine record, showing that I received vaccines two years before I was born.
