Even while understaffed, the service here was fantastic. The team was incredibly helpful and handled a stressful workload beautifully. I highly recommend them to any local company looking for a great occupational health resource.
Showed up at 3:20 for a drug test, was advised from the desk clerk they stop testing at 3:30. Clinicians told me they did not want to preform any more tests today and said I would have to come back. Terrible service, staff has no regard for their own policies. Would give 0 stars if possible. They shouldn’t be in business anymore, I feel bad for all patients who have to go to that facility.
Absolutely the slowest place I have ever been to but then again I am not a fan of any McLaren facility. Spent 1hr and 20mins there for nothing. They have no appreciation for your time. I see why they don't have a clock in the waiting area.
This is the slowest place that you could ever come to. AVOID. It will take you 3 hours for a drug test, when there’s not a single other person in the waiting room.
Closed on Saturday. Their website and phone system say they are open but they are not.
