I had high hopes for the new location. Unfortunately its just as busy as the main hospital, with the same poor parking and accessibility. It's already under construction to make changes, making it even worse. Obviously poor planning and layout. Dr. Clapp was a great Occ Med doctor, even though they had too many patients and not enough doctors. Now that Dr. Clapp is gone its even worse. Good luck with work injuries. The remaining doctors don't have the best reputations. I'm sure being understaffed doesn't help.
Charged and L&I claim to me rather than to my employer, didn’t help me get it resolved, then sent it to collections
Trying to get a hold of Dr.Duran is like pulling teeth out with pliers.
One the worst doctors is Azevedo
Can’t get ahold of anyone. They had me on strong narcotics for three months after surgery. I was abruptly cut off with no taper and have had extreme pain as well as withdrawal symptoms. No response from Dr or NP. I’m filing a complaint with the state medical board. Dr Ozaeta is the physician. JENNIFER ROSE MINASSIAN PA-C
