I just moved to the area and I needed a PCP. I got in quickly. The office staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Richless was kind and very knowledgeable. I look forward to my next visit.
This is one of the most friendly doctors office I have ever been to and I have been to many in all my years. The reception staff is outstanding and very friendly. The new NP is one of the best in Pennsylvania she is very caring and very knowledgeable for someone so young. Always willing to listen to you as a patient. The two girls at the front desk on 3/19/25 were absolutely nasty…unprofessional, mean and un empathetic. Maybe a customer/patient service re-training is needed. Horrible, will never go back and will tell others the same. Way to be the face of the business ladies! Go to Labcorp! They are awesome!
