I had to go here for a walk in TB test to start a new job and the staff was so nice, the receptionist made me feel welcome and comfortable, then when I went in for the blood draw I warned Valerie H that I have a hard time getting blood taken since I tend to pass out and she was so patient with me and made sure I was comfortable and felt so safe, I am grateful she was there to do my test and help me through it. Absolutely wonderful nurse! Thank you!!
The clinical support representative at check in is professional, polite and pleasant. The clinical staff who performed my TB tests were efficient and effective. The process was comfortable and easy. There is easy parking on location available.
They messed up my TB testing twice, first time the nurse didn’t know who I was, where I was going to be working, or what testing I needed done. Second time another nurse didn’t read my paperwork this time either, when I asked the nurse about it she said “oh I don’t read paperwork” regarding her asking me questions that I had already filled out in the forms. Came here for a vaccine for yellow fever. Never have I had a “sales person” upsell me at a Dr office! She tried to sell me 2 additional vaccines there were not needed or required for the country I was visiting. The do not take insurance and do not give you any forms to get reimbursed from your insurance. I worked in medical and asked for the NPI and claim form. They wrote it on a piece of paper and that’s absolutely not enough. Then told me to go get my own form and bring it back into the to sign. Absolutely scammy and bull ... read more
