Took 10 weeks when I was told 6 weeks, I am very patient so I dropped it to a 4 star, they were kind as could be and very helpful thank you Billy and Emily for helping me with what I needed done, however the 3rd person seemed a little lazy at times when getting back to me on the progress of my items. They are purely cosmetic and I was not in a rush, but I was told a time frame which failed, when I went to pick them up I was told someone would be there and they weren't available when I arrived.
