I was concerned by the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The appointment ran on time and the staff were all helpful. The only thing that could be better was parking availability.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at OccuMed Subiaco during my medical assessment. The process felt rushed, and the doctor appeared disengaged, treating the appointment as more of an inconvenience than a professional obligation. A medical assessment should be conducted with diligence and respect, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I expected a higher standard of professionalism and patient care. I would recommend considering alternative clinics for a more thorough and respectful medical evaluation.

Honestly, if you are here as a patient, client or required to use these guys as the poisons permit holder for your company, don't. All facets of this company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Your opinions don't matter, even if you have years of experience on a variety of cases presented to on call doctor. Also advising said Doctor that that treatment pathway will probably get them into trouble. I was very uncomfortable sending any patients to these guys, for work related injuries.
