We were forced to switch to this location as a GISD employee. Went from 1-hours visits to over 3-hour visits. As a parent that works from home, this is unacceptable. Allow us to make an appointment instead of forcing us to wait 3-4 hours, or HALF of our work day in waiting rooms and in the actual doctor room. I’d rather pay $250 out of pocket and actually get taken care of.
Made an confirmed appointment for the drug test for truck drivers on Sunday morning but they were closed….
I do drug test January 23 also I go to this place to talk to somebody Wednesday they closed I still waiting for drug test so I can start my work I called them they said we don’t have a number for lab place I am really stressed out.
In google map, they showing the open in Wednesday 8 AM I come 10:40 still close bad business
The staff at the front desk got zero customer service and so rude and unprofessional.
