Got an auto loan through occu was given a higher interest rate and told i could refinance it in 6 months for an appropriate rate. Really wanted the truck so I accepted. It's been over a year and I keep getting told no to refinancing. So they will lie to get you to accept to terms that are outrageous. Horrible bank. I also have great credit. I've been with this bank for well over 8 years and always had only great experiences. I'm a OCCU fan! I switch over from Wellsfargo and will never look back. So so much better.
