Got an auto loan through occu was given a higher interest rate and told i could refinance it in 6 months for an appropriate rate. Really wanted the truck so I accepted. It's been over a year and I keep getting told no to refinancing. So they will lie to get you to accept to terms that are outrageous. Horrible bank. I also have great credit. I've been with this bank for well over 8 years and always had only great experiences. I'm a OCCU fan! I switch over from Wellsfargo and will never look back. So so much better.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Marasela today at Selco on 17th in Redmond. Her customer service skills are exceptional. I had multiple questions about multiple topics and she was extremely helpful in the middle of trying to train someone. The whole experience made me glad that I'm a part of Selco
