Every time I come into this branch, it’s like banking features like home loans and car loans and now even a notary… doesn’t exist for me. This branch. This one only. Can they get it together please? And stop being so rude to their members because they refuse to be of service appropriately?
The customer service through the drive through line is always atrocious.
Absolute worst lienholder we've ever had. Every week for the last 5 months we have had a new letter in the mail telling us we had better comply with their list of demands or they threaten us with a $4000 bill. Every single time we get a letter, we call, see what they need, and send them ALL the info that they ask for. Yet Every week they send a NEW set of demands and tell us we have not been compliant with them. They are absolutely terrible.
