Absolute worst lienholder we've ever had. Every week for the last 5 months we have had a new letter in the mail telling us we had better comply with their list of demands or they threaten us with a $4000 bill. Every single time we get a letter, we call, see what they need, and send them ALL the info that they ask for. Yet Every week they send a NEW set of demands and tell us we have not been compliant with them. They are absolutely terrible. Terrible bank don’t get car loans from them!
Nice people that work here and they do get much more traffic that many other branches so it is difficult to handle certain rush hour times. Overall I do like this branch but there is room for improvement and hope they do.
Was not helpful at all with our circumstance that we had would not budge on a loan that we had we was willing to pay it off the whole amount
My experience with OCCU has been a nightmare. It's been the worst experience I have ever had with any credit union and I urge individuals to pick a different credit union/lender. They absolutely do not care about you and have issues with communicating properly within their own department. I have an auto loan with OCCU. Due to life circumstances, my income went down by 60% a month. I had originally inquired about a voluntary repo.
