My experience with OCCU has been a nightmare. It's been the worst experience I have ever had with any credit union and I urge individuals to pick a different credit union/lender. They absolutely do not care about you and have issues with communicating properly within their own department. I have an auto loan with OCCU. Got an auto loan through occu was given a higher interest rate and told i could refinance it in 6 months for an appropriate rate. Really wanted the truck so I accepted. It's been over a year and I keep getting told no to refinancing. So they will lie to get you to accept to terms that are outrageous. Horrible bank. I also have great credit. well, I've been a customer in the mid 2000 teens and I quit Oregon community credit union because it's run by a bunch of clowns. I thought the circus was in town when I first signed up and I got away from them as quickly as possible. I recently bought a new car in. The best rate was OCCU so I financed my car with them. so far I have spoke to five different customer service representatives regarding my auto pay that I set up with the dealer when I bought the car 3 1/2 months ago.
