Got an auto loan through occu was given a higher interest rate and told i could refinance it in 6 months for an appropriate rate. Really wanted the truck so I accepted. It's been over a year and I keep getting told no to refinancing. So they will lie to get you to accept to terms that are outrageous. Horrible bank. I also have great credit. This is the worst company to ever deal with I have a car loan.
