This is the worst company to ever deal with I have a car loan. Do not give this credit union any money! They will screw you over and not apologize! Three loans in 20 years and we are treated like trash, you will regret doing business with this institution!
I absolutely love OCCU. Their costumer service is typically unparalleled. However, this visit (12/12/24) at 3:10pm was terrible. One person who seemed to be the manager rudely asked a customer to remove their hat. Of course, it’s a reasonable request for hats to not be worn inside and there is a poster alerting customers of the expectation. However, the tone of voice used was not welcoming or kind. Haven’t been able to check my balance for several days now. I’ll be at a branch closing my account tomorrow morning. This is so beyond unacceptable
I have been a member of OCCU for several years. This weekend, they are undergoing system maintenance; however, unlike the usual 24 hours, this lasts from 9/20 until the end of 9/24 in total. As such, I am unable to access my funds, balance, or anything else, despite their claims that I would be able to access my balance via atm during this maintenance. I have no access to my money, no ability to transfer my money, or view my balance until 9am monday. I do not know how this bank justifies having no customer service available ... read more
