I have been with OCCU ever since it was Lane Community that's close to forty years. I now live in Washington but stayed with OCCU because I love it and it's employees are always there with a smile and a greeting. Thank you all
Worst company i have ever worked with. My vehicle was totaled over 3 months ago and i'm still making payments on it. The gap policy the sole me covered 1700 of the 8k owed. They use third party collector whom do not take proper notes. I have over thirty recordings of them lying and making stuff up as they go. I’ve been dealing with w difficult and complicated situation for about a month. Today I called pretty ticked off and my call was answered by Jess. She was understanding, patient, and very helpful. More help than I’ve received out of this entire fiasco. And on top of that she helped me deal with my payments for the next two months. Whatever you’re paying her, pay her more. You made a difference, thank you!!!!
The customer service I received today was so beyond unacceptable it's not even funny! What a joke!
You guys are absolutely horrible ! What you did to me is unforgivable and unprofessional! This credit union is spiraling and for the good people that work there please get out of there now - it’s a sinking ship - how you guys lied to me and treated me after my situation and there being no ownership or communication between departments is disgraceful I’ll never recommend your bank and this has made me lose trust in banks all together ! Run away !
