El año pasado en la venta de carros me pusieron está institución financiera. Más pagos quedaron en una cantidad y hasta el dia de hoy casi estoy pagando el doble del pago mensual. Según porque ellos le pusieron una aseguranza al carro y no me consultaron nunca. La verdad es una institución basura.
Terrible service. I will never use this company and highly advise others to never use this bank for anything. Double charges you, refuses to help out and puts the customer to blame. I have had nothing but an outrageously bad experience with this company over the last month. I have had 3 employees tell me to basically screw myself and left me hanging in the wind after they said they would do one thing and then double backs on you and does the opposite of what the say. Worst company I have ever experienced!
I would give zero stars if I could. I had an auto loan through OCCU and recently refinanced through OnPoint. As part of the process, I needed to turn off my OCCU autopay so that I wouldn’t be double-charged when the new lender paid off the balance. When I called to stop the autopay, I was told I had to cancel it 10 days in advance — something that was never explained to me upfront. Called into customer service and they were very rude, they asked for my social and she said I gave it to her too slow and she hung up without saying anything.
