The customer service is poor, rude, they are completely unprofessional at that branch.
Thinking you'll reach a human when you call the branch location? Impossible new updated system Means you cannot access them ! I have had my loan 3 years (car) And can't update my address I may have to drive all the way to Salem Will there be anyone there? Or just cardboard cutouts And tape on the doors?? Whoever recommended No touch loans and guest services Should be fired Asap Sincerely Dissatisfied
Nothing but issues. Double charged one month then triple charged for my car payment the next month. Zero accountability. Zero communication. Had to be assertive just to get them to reverse the charges and they wouldn’t send them back to my personal bank account where the payments came from and only keep it in their “savings” account that came open with my auto loan.
