Worst bank on the planet. Terrible customer service. The bank branches are a joke. The puppets in there are unable to help with anything and send you to the phone lines for any issues. I've never actually been able to connect with a human in customer service as the phone cues are an unbearable wait. I called this morning. Two minutes after they opened and I was already number 60 in the queue. I figured that must be a mistake and called back two minutes later and I was 67 in the cue. Don't bother with this bank. Don't try and pay your bill over the phone unless you have all a long documentary to watch on UFOs. Your wait will be hours. Just fyi. And plz don't tell me to reach out to you, there's no way to reach out to anyone. Nobody answers the phone.
Friendly staff and everything works - mobile app, cards, online banking, download into quicken, all work great. Only had one minor issue across 5 accounts over 5 years and they fixed it with one phone call.
Absolutely the worst bank to get a loan through or deal with at all. You will spend hours and hours even trying to reach them to get absolutely no result. They are absolutely no help. I would not recommend this bank to anyone for absolutely anything at all
