I would personally recommend anyone having a test scheduled **call before going**, even though online information may say appointment is not required. My experience is that I called and, maybe because I had a barcode ready, I was able to drop by in less an hour and get tests done in 10mins. Another suggestion is be prepared to be told that you will have to come back on a later day of the week. So plan ahead.

By far the worst place I’ve ever been too waited for ever to get dot physical done and was told I need to get a sleep test done because I’m over weight and she feels it’s necessary even tho she asked about my sleep and if I get tired during the day which I don’t I swear this lady is terrible

Horrible!!!! I got there when the place opened. The lady at the desk behind a window asked me what I was there for , I told her a pre employment drug screening. She said very rudely, did you call. I answered no, because online says it takes walk-ins. A lady waiting, sitting down, said , I'm dealing with the same thing. The receptionist woman argued and berated myself and the other lady, that we should have called. Reception is awful! I on several occasions have tried to call and have gotten hung up on so that they do not have to deal with the call. Unprofessional!!!! Never mind that when I did show up for my scheduled appointment, with confirmation that it was made….they aggressively Argued that there was no appointment, and refused to reschedule! I HAD CONFIRMATION! UNPROFESSIONAL
