Not great with customer service. Would recommend a different occupational health provider.
Michelle, who formerly worked at the Hadley location before it closed, was incredibly rude and passive-aggressive here. Everybody at my workplace had a bad story with her, and nobody had anything positive to say. She holds a very negative attitude against those with anything less than a flawless mental health record, regardless of what any other medical professional says, and she will make your medical certification process a living hell as a result. I had a drug screening I had to get done here I’ve made 3 stops in the past week to this location to get my drug screening. The 1st time no one was there to help, second time was my fault because they were closed, the last time which was the deadline I went in and they said they couldn’t help me because “they’re system was down”. So now I have to see if I can still even take my emt classes, thanks occu health for being up in running with a down system
I would like to give this place zero stars but I can’t because it won’t allow me. They have no customer service. The staff is rude and don’t know how to talk to clients. I walked in with my papers in my hand before I could walk up to window one of there staff walked around and approached me and and asked me in a rude tone what was I there for not how can I help you but what are you here for. Staff needs to be taught how to speak to clients properly.
