If I could give a zero star or negative star rating I would. Leaving injuries off a report is deception and disgusting. I have been waiting months for the female doctor I saw to complete a request for information from WorkCover and now she cannot be contacted. If you have an IMR from this clinic reject it. It's an absolute disgrace how I was treated and the bare minimum was in the report but that seems to be an on going theme with this clinic. Very bad experience. Sad to see and very disheartening. And no I won't be calling you up to talk about it and YES I was a patient at your clinic so don't blatantly lie. Terrible clinic that let's daddy work cover tell them what to say despite clear medical evidence.
0 star is still more then too much I wish I could give her less then that Dr Tersia de Wilzem was the worst experience in my life I don’t know how she got the dagree was so unprofessional would not recommend anyone to go and waste your money even I went through work cover but still waste of time and money only there for money plz don not recommend anyone to see her waste of time and money was so disgrace and unprofessional
I strongly expressed the pain in my ankle, but I felt that the doctor had no interest in my pain and was only focused on minimizing my permanent disability diagnosis. The WPI (Whole Person Impairment) criteria also consider the level of the patient's pain, but it seemed that this aspect was severely underestimated. After many months of going back and forwards to doctors, I finally had a doctor who listened and examined me with care and compassion. Dr Cunneen and his professional staff went out of their way to take care of me on the day of my insurance assessment. Dr Cunneen is wonderful at explaining carefully his role, answering my questions directly, then taking time to examine me with care not to cause me any more pain than I am already in.
