Very hostile and not supportive or helpful. Would not allow child or support person in the consulting room.
If I could give a zero star or negative star rating I would. Leaving injuries off a report is deception and disgusting. I have been waiting months for the female doctor I saw to complete a request for information from WorkCover and now she cannot be contacted. If you have an IMR from this clinic reject it. It's an absolute disgrace how I was treated and the bare minimum was in the report but that seems to be an on going theme with this clinic. Very bad experience. Sad to see and very disheartening. And no I won't be calling you up to talk about it and YES I was a patient at your clinic so don't blatantly lie. Terrible clinic that let's daddy work cover tell them what to say despite clear medical evidence.
0 star is still more then too much I wish I could give her less then that Dr Tersia de Wilzem was the worst experience in my life I don’t know how she got the dagree was so unprofessional would not recommend anyone to go and waste your money even I went through work cover but still waste of time and money only there for money plz don not recommend anyone to see her waste of time and money was so disgrace and unprofessional
