It was very lousy .... The ladies at the front desk only smiled each other.... Very passive attitudes .... I can't tell if they didn't like their jobs or me .... I didn't want to leave a star at all..... Overall experience they did their job
While they were very nice, I wouldn't say professional, especially for a "medical" setting. The lady that did my DOT physical pre test, after my drug screening, had me walk over to the area to do the eye test, and told me to wait to wash my hands, then to cover my eyes with my hands, then after the eye exam, I could wash my hands. Keep in mind this was after I just peed in a cup for a urine sample for my drug screening. I was there for 9-11:30 for a drug screening and they said i would have my results in by the next day and now they said it will take up to 2-3 days… now I won’t be able to sit in class for my police academy most likely now I’m going to get dropped. they were being soo rude over the phone too…
I had left a negative review of my first experience here, but Bryce Olson responded and had me give his business a call to discuss the matter. It was an unexpected inconvenience, and he reassured be to come back opening time and he could get me in and out before I had to go to work. Him and his team got me in and out very quickly, thank you guys! Highly recommend coming here now, Bryce is a good guy and CARES for his clients/patients.
The lady at the front check in desk for disability today was very rude and gave my wife a nasty look. She was very unprofessional cussing taking personal calls watching tik Tok videos very loudly talking ugly about people talking about a lady who was with her child because her child pulled her pants down! The whole waiting room didn't need to know about it that is very unprofessional I don't know what her name is but she was very unpleasant to everyone!!
