I have tried for 3 days to reach someone. October 24 through October 28. Called emails and texts. No response. My Mother went in to a Nursing Home and have to talk to somebody but no reply. Not telling anyone what to do but if you want Great Service and good Customer service go else Where. This place is Horrible
Never heard of this company and they billed me fraudulently
On July 29th I waited 51 minutes to speak to someone to make sure my pending policy was canceled and no payment would be processed. They confirmed but still automatically Debited my bank account for a premium on a canceled policy. This is unethical business practice. The long wait time was a red flag for me that something was wrong -- they are definitely not trying to give their customers the best experience. I have called numerous times to speak to somebody and nobody ever answers the phone, I am on hold for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes and still with no answer. And in my opinion, this company is trash
