I have for 3 days tring to call this company about my policy which has the wrong information. Waco Texas has a problem not answering their phone. It really upsets me. Their real good until they get my money.
Worst experience I've ever had. On hold for over two hours, transferred back and forth between two departments who both tell me they can't help, but the other can. No organization and everyone tells me something different.
