On July 29th I waited 51 minutes to speak to someone to make sure my pending policy was canceled and no payment would be processed. They confirmed but still automatically Debited my bank account for a premium on a canceled policy. This is unethical business practice. The long wait time was a red flag for me that something was wrong -- they are definitely not trying to give their customers the best experience. I have called numerous times to speak to somebody and nobody ever answers the phone, I am on hold for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes and still with no answer. And in my opinion, this company is trash

Worst experience 😪 ever. My Sister and I got a policy for my brother. We made consistent payments for seven years. My brother passed in Feb 2024. The cremation funeral services were $2,800. The life insurance company incorrectly sent $5,000 to the funeral home. Now, we lost $2,200. The life insurance said it was their fault but they have REFUSED to issue a refund.
