Wonderful store with excellent service. I went to purchase a new Masunaga optical frame for my recently acquired prescription and unfortunately the model I wanted was out of stock. Andrew and Daisy were lovely to deal with and promptly ordered my frames from their supplier. Once it arrived they fitted the lenses and the glasses were ready for collection within the hour. I couldn't happier and would recommend Occhio to anyone looking for a nice pair of glasses!
An absolutely incredible selection of very edgy and fashionable glasses — if you need something worthy of the Academy Awards, look no further. Andrew and Daisy are both extremely knowledgeable and have a deep appreciation for stylish eyewear. They’re also very personable and trustworthy, which made the whole experience even better. The level of service, expertise, and kindness I received here far exceeded any of my past experiences elsewhere. They’re more interested in helping you than simply taking your money. It's extremely rare to come across such outstanding experience these days. Still find myself hard to believe that you can walked in and get your prescription glasses done within 30 minutes. Had everything done with fit and adjustment done perfectly on the spot. Highly recommended this specific store.
I had such a great experience at Occhio! I was able to get my glasses done in just 30 minutes – so quick and convenient. Andrew, Daisy, and Mandy were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole process really easy and enjoyable. I never felt pushed or pressured at any point. Highly recommend!
I cannot believe this place cuts lens real time. They cut my polarized lens in less than 5 min and for a fairly cheap cost! I am definitely coming back to get optics done. Thanks Daisy for the great service!
