The lady answering the phone was rude and tried to rush me off the phone while I was scheduling my kids immunization appointment. I get you have to be up at early af o'clock and sit behind a desk bored all day but let's be kind to one another or change your job maybe if u can handle it.

No idea why they would be blowing me up after hours while I'm at work but called back this morning and was told it's simply a reminder nothing less nothing more. Totally unprofessional staff. Go to Cleveland county way better.
