Lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. I walked in today to get my daughter’s shot records, and after I handed her my id along with my court paperwork stating that I’m the father she told me that since she didn’t see my daughter’s full name in the paperwork instead just her initials that she wouldn’t be able to provide me service. My daughter is only 8 months so of course they’re not gonna have a full name in my court paperwork, but that’s irrelevant if I indeed have my court paperwork with me and my ID.
I feel like the ladies who work here actually really care and there for more reasons then just a job. After every visit and phone conversation I've been blown away at how helpful and genuine they all are and really appreciate that!
Lady at the front desk is rude and unprofessional.
Lady at counter was so rude. I came to help my daughter get wic for the first time and instead of saying nicely we have to talk to your daughter she snapped my head off. Then later wanted income which is my income and wanted me to tell my daughter so my daughter could tell her. The lady could hear me. The attitude. Wouldn't let me go back and didn't even give my daughter a chance to approve it. Ive never been treated that way in a health department
My fiance left here crying mind you we have triplets and the little lady working made my lady feel very unwanted their
