Lady at counter was so rude. I came to help my daughter get wic for the first time and instead of saying nicely we have to talk to your daughter she snapped my head off. Then later wanted income which is my income and wanted me to tell my daughter so my daughter could tell her. The lady could hear me. The attitude. Wouldn't let me go back and didn't even give my daughter a chance to approve it. Ive never been treated that way in a health department

I absolutely LOVE this office! The staff are always very knowledgeable and fast and friendly and so kind. Any time I have any questions, they know right away how to help me and I feel like they just get it! I highly recommend this office and will recommend to my friends and family that live in the area. Just all around sublime.
Continuous issues never call back or respond benefits stay being effected or not distributed because of their mistakes n negligence I’m sure our family isn’t the only ones that struggle due to their lack of professionalism and ability to process cases properly at this point we’re just trying to switch wic clinics
