I found this store difficult to shop in and try things on. I did find a new gown for just under $400 after trying on about 12 different gowns. The selection is vast so if you have time, it is worth going and looking. Before going in, I did not realize that they would have used and new items. As I was looking through the less formal items I realized that lots of them had snags or stains and then I realized that they were all used gowns and being sold 'as is.' Terrible customer service!
Place is made to scam you! We went into this place looking for dresses for our family wedding. The staff was not helpful at all. Then we find a dress on our own and they MAKE you sign a no refund policy. Well when we got the dress 2 months later it was at least 2 sizes too big. This is after we had one of their employees do all of the measurements. The manager then said that this is normal as alterations are usually required. The girl with the super fake lips and fake eyelashes is super stuck up and rude and I think she’s the manager
