Terrible customer service!
Place is made to scam you! We went into this place looking for dresses for our family wedding. The staff was not helpful at all. Then we find a dress on our own and they MAKE you sign a no refund policy. Well when we got the dress 2 months later it was at least 2 sizes too big. This is after we had one of their employees do all of the measurements. The manager then said that this is normal as alterations are usually required. Staff was exceptional and listened to what we were looking for. Super helpful and overall all an amazing experience! Highly reccomend!
The girl with the super fake lips and fake eyelashes is super stuck up and rude and I think she’s the manager
