I’m sad to be writing this review because we have had a positive experience with speech therapy. However, we have had an awful OT experience. We were chopped and changed between 3 different OT’s over the period of just over a year until our last one went on maternity leave at the end of LAST year. We were told by her that my twins would be picked up immediately by another OT and yet here we are, one whole year later still waiting. OT Stacey has been amazing for our family with loads of resources and tools to help my now 3yo excel. The OCC venue is clean, well equipped and all the staff are welcoming and helpful. I also have loved their recent free Envisage workshop and will be keeping an eye out for more activities and events run by the company.
I got recommended this company from someone I knew, I didn't get recommended a particular therapist though. I rang up, was in promptly and the therapist we have is great. My child hasn't always been cooperative with the OT but now he absolutely loves her and engages well, she has always been patient , she's always bubbly and definately in the right occupation. Felt welcomed and well-informed after I took my child for an assessment. Lovely new clinic, lots of parking and friendly therapist.
